I hear you, Jay about 2015! I rang out the old and in the new at my local ashram with other peaceful people saying peace mantras and then sitting in silence as the new year made its way. I liked simply being in fellowship with people and then drinking our sparkling cider toast to the new year. Quiet and yet with folks, it was just right.

2015 brought me a new relationship, new job, and a new apartment. Things I thought I wanted. Well, none of those things turned out to be what I hoped them to be. I am grateful for them as experiences, but I also know that none of them will really last. (The relationship is long over.) It’s odd to get things you’ve prayed for and then wish, in some ways, you’d stayed where you were. But life is about moving forward, as the Men Chat opening always says, how hard you can get hit and still keep moving forward.

We here on RTRL didn’t get you through, God did! You followed His voice to create the show as He wanted and that was His way of helping you through. Your reward for being faithful to His vision.

I’m so sorry to hear about your friend, but I am grateful for you sharing what you’ve learned from your trials.

I’ve never been good at surrender or change. But I’ve gone with it because, we’ll it’s like yoga. It’s just much healthier to be able to stretch and bend, than to remain stubbornly rigid. (Not only in body, but in mind.) If God leads you somewhere, I’ve learned to accept it’s where you’re supposed to be and to try to do your best there, before the season changes again. Happy New Year, Jay!

      Happy New Year Autumn!!!

2015 definitely was a year of test and challenges. I thank God that we made it through.

I’m glad to hear that you are prepared to continue moving forward. That’s so important.

You’re right about God getting me through. He definitely did. There is no doubt in my mind about that.

Thank you for your genuine concern. I really appreciate it.

Yes, we must do our best in each season. There is a reason for each season and we must try our best to fulfill our purpose for each one of them.

      God bless you sis!

Jay!!! What a wonderful story. 2015 was as you said felt like the worst year of my life. I lost my beloved grandmother and that was a hard hit for me!

Everything you said in this podcast was true for me. I was hit hard because I thought I had it all together in 2015. But at the end of the year, God really came into my life and showed me who He was to me. Wonderful, wonderful podcast.

Happy New Year Jay! Can’t wait to hear what’s in store for Right to REAL Love!

    God Bless You!

      Hey Yamilee!

I’m sorry to hear about your grandmother. I cannot begin to imagine how that impacts you.

God surely has a way of getting our attention. We may not always like or agree with His methods, but they serve a very important purpose.

I am so grateful for your continued support and I pray that God continues to bless you too!

Have a wonderful and joyous new year!!!
