Hello Mornings: How to Build a Grace-Filled, Life-Giving Morning Routine by Kat Lee is a fantastic book that encourages and teaches followers of Jesus Christ how to develop meaningful morning routines.
This book is sure to help readers who have struggled with starting or sticking with a morning routine that can produce positive and lasting results throughout their day and their lives.
There is no denying that many people have been raving about the importance of having a morning routine and how beneficial it can be. This is definitely true, but many people struggle with developing one that works best for them and produces lasting results. Another challenge, especially for followers of Jesus Christ, is finding resources that share how to develop a meaningful morning routine that starts and centers around God. I firmly believe that Kat Lee has answered the call and provided followers of Chris with a remarkable resource that can start helping them immediately.
Kat’s process for developing a morning routine is simple and only requires an investment of 3 minutes. Initially, I was very skeptical of a 3-minute morning routine that could help readers meaningfully drawer closer to God and properly order their days. There was no way that anyone could convince me to believe that 3 minutes was enough time or all the time required to accomplish such a feat. I was relieved to find out that was not what Kat was suggesting at all. The 3-minute aspect of the “formula” was only the initial investment required and readers are encouraged to increase the time as it suits them. With that understanding, I could get on board with what she’s proposing.
Kat’s conversational tone throughout the book makes for a seamless and enjoyable reading experience. There are undoubtedly many great insights and valuable tools shared within each chapter. If readers are serious and give Kat’s formula a try, I truly believe they are likely to experience wonderful results.
Hello Mornings is a unique, easy-to-read and apply morning routine starter’s guide. If readers are interested in starting where they are with small steps and building a little more each day, this is the book for them. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to start developing a Christ-centered morning routine today!
