The iFactor by Van Moody is a book focused on helping us build a great relationship with ourselves, that I truly believe everyone needs to read.
Although the concepts addressed in this book are not original, they are so vital to our existence that they require constant examination.
Many people will pick up this book, examine the concepts and immediately think, “This is nothing new. I already knew this.”
This is what I thought as I began reading the book, but instead of casting it aside I continued to read and eventually found myself hooked and unable to put the book down.
Yes, I was familiar with the concepts being addressed, but I needed to reexamine them. I needed to let the root of such vital concepts grow further and deeper within me.
I believe that anyone who is willing to reexamine their lives, strengthen or heal their iFactor will find tremendous value in this book.
For those who are new to the concept of identity, character and self-awareness, this book will be an eye opener.
Regardless of where we may be along the journey of our lives, iFactor is a book that can help us heal and grow tremendously.
Van does a great job of not only examining important concepts, but he provides relatable examples from our current times and biblical times too.
Most importantly, for those who want to get the very most from this book and truly do the work to develop a strong iFactor, there are questions for reflection and self-examination at the end of each chapter. If we invest in answering them, this book’s value and impact on our lives will increase immensely.
iFactor is a phenomenal book that I will definitely be recommending to others!!!
I’m excited to get Van’s other book, The People Factor, and I hope that it is just as good as this one!
